Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (GMT) are generally processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of your order.

Orders received Monday - Friday after noon (GMT) will be released to the warehouse the following business day and will be processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward your shipping days.  

For example: If a UPS 2-Day order is placed at 2pm Pacific on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday.  The day it ships, weekends and holidays don't count toward your shipping days.  Monday = Day 1, Tuesday = Day 2.  The package will be delivered by end of day on Tuesday (Day 2).

Shipping via all carriers takes longer around the holidays.  Carriers may need additional days for transit during the holiday season. Due to COVID 19 all carriers may require more time to deliver packages. 

KAVU is not responsible for delayed shipments due holidays, severe weather,  natural disasters or pandemics.  

 If you have any concerns about your order arriving on time, please reach out to our friendly customer service staff before placing your order.   

 We use UPS, MRW and DHL for nearly all of our shipments. They do not typically deliver on weekends and/or holidays. 

You will be emailed tracking within 24 hours of your item shipping.  If you don't receive tracking, feel free to reach out to our customer service team to assist you.

Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lituania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Croatia: 13€

Switzerland: 5€ / Offered over 100€ orders
