A classic fleece trapper cap, KAVU style. The Barr Creek Earflap Cap is a super-toasty winter cap, made with frosty mornings in mind. Maybe best described as the hat Holden Caulfield would have worn if he worked at an Aspen ski lodge circa ‘96, it’s made from chunky polar fleece, with fold-down fold-down double-layer flaps to keep those ears warm when the air is anything but.

Shipping

We usually ship orders within 2 working days after you’ve ordered.

We work Monday to Friday and are closed at the weekend and on UK public holidays. This means if you order on a weekend your order should be shipped by the end of Tuesday. We’ll send you an email when your order has been packed and shipped.

At busy times like sale and new product launches we might take longer to get your order ready. We appreciate your patience and if there are any problems we’ll be in touch.

Returns

All items purchased from the KAVU website can be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

UK RETURNS

We offer a return shipping service with Royal Mail at a cost of £2.95. If you choose to use this service we will deduct this amount from your refund, unless your item was faulty, or an error has occurred. In such an instance you can arrange a free return by emailing [email protected]. We cannot reimburse return shipping costs if items have been returned without contacting us first.

You can request a refund by following the link below or logging in to your account. We aren't currently accepting exchanges - please place a new order for the new item and we'll refund your return as quickly as possible.

All returned items must be new and unused, and with original labels attached, along with all receipts. Please do not apply the postage label directly to the product packaging and ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit. Items packaged in a box (e.g. footwear) must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection.

We will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days of the goods being returned to us.

When you’re arranging to return an item, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
